Fully open in June 0f 2021. this project was a redevelopment of  Gateway Plaza in Sumter, SC adding new tenants Ross, Ulta, Five Below, Chipotle, Spectrum and Great Clips to the existing lineup of TJ Maxx, Hibbett Sports and It's Fashion.
