Lester Woerner is the Chairman of Woerner Holdings, LP. a company based in West Palm Beach Florida with investments in real estate, agriculture and financial securities. An entrepreneur since the age of 13, he was the youngest person, at age 27, to be appointed by a governor of Alabama to the State Board of Agriculture and Industries.
Mr. Woerner was the 2001 American Free Enterprise medalist, an annual award given by Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. In 2010 Mr. Woerner was honored by the Weizmann Institute of Science for his philanthropy. Lester is a resident of Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Christopher J. Gryskiewicz serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Woerner Holdings, LP. Chris was previously a partner in the CPA firm of Templeton & Company, LLP in West Palm Beach from 1991 to 2013 and began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1988. Chris brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, financing, and technology to his role as he works with the leadership team to move Woerner Holdings forward to achieve its growth plans.
Chris is a 30 year resident of Palm Beach County where he resides with his wife and five children. Chris is an active member of Beacon Baptist Church in Jupiter Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Gary manages all aspects of real estate acquisition and project underwriting for the company. Additionally, he manages aspects of the development process. He worked in the shopping center industry since 1997 on both the “developer” and “end user” sides of the business.
Gary’s background includes site selection, tenant representation, anchor lease negotiation and site acquisition for single tenant users, as well as, multi-tenant shopping centers. He has spent his career working on sites in the Southeastern United States and his project experience ranges from “neighborhood freestanding” to “regional” shopping center developments.
Gary is a licensed salesperson in the state of Florida and he is also the Vice President of Greenbrier Brokerage Services, a subsidiary of Woerner Holdings, LP. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Further, In 2005, he graduated from New York University with a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate.
