The total site is 80 acres of vacant commercial land adjacent to Lowes Home Improvement and Hobby Lobby/Big Lots along SR 59 in Foley, Alabama. Currently, we are engaged in sales and groundleases of approximately 5 outparcels along SR 59. Further residential development is being reviewed for the balance of the property. By 2022, Juniper Road will be extended from CR 20 bisecting the site and connecting to HWY 59 at a new signalized intersection.
