Lester Woerner is the Chairman of Woerner Holdings, LP. a company based in West Palm Beach Florida with investments in real estate, agriculture and financial securities. An entrepreneur since the age of 13, he was the youngest person, at age 27, to be appointed by a governor of Alabama to the State Board of Agriculture and Industries.
Mr. Woerner was the 2001 American Free Enterprise medalist, an annual award given by Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. In 2010 Mr. Woerner was honored by the Weizmann Institute of Science for his philanthropy. Lester is a resident of Palm Beach, Florida and is a member of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens. Lester also serves on the board of Place of Hope in Palm Beach Gardens.
Mr. Christopher J. Gryskiewicz serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Woerner Holdings, LP. Chris was previously a partner in the CPA firm of Templeton & Company, LLP in West Palm Beach from 1991 to 2013 and began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1988. Chris brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, financing, and technology to his role as he works with the leadership team to move Woerner Holdings forward to achieve its growth plans.
Chris is a 30 year resident of Palm Beach County where he resides with his wife and five children. Chris is an active member of Beacon Baptist Church in Jupiter Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Bob is responsible for analyzing the viability of potential development sites and managing aspects of the development process, formulating the leasing and merchandising plan, anchor store leasing, hiring and managing in-house leasing staff as well as outside consultants, and supervising lease and contract negotiations.
He has over 27 years of experience in the shopping center industry on the development side as well as third party management, leasing, and marketing. Bob’s experience includes site analysis & evaluation, procuring and negotiating leases and contracts for single tenant operators, grocery anchored centers, power centers, and luxury street retail.
Prior to joining Woerner Equity Group, Bob was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Management for The Goodman Company, a 60-year old private development company. During his 18 year tenure with The Goodman Company, Bob was responsible for the leasing of over 2 million sq. ft. of various shopping centers throughout the southeast.
Bob graduated from The Ohio State University, is a licensed Florida Broker, and has achieved the CRX, and CLS designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Gary manages all aspects of real estate acquisition and project underwriting for the company. Additionally, he manages aspects of the development process. He has 20 years of experience in the shopping center industry on both the “developer” and “end user” sides of the business.
Gary’s background includes site selection, tenant representation, anchor lease negotiation and site acquisition for single tenant users, as well as, multi-tenant shopping centers. He has spent his career working on sites in the Southeastern United States and his project experience ranges from “neighborhood freestanding” to “regional” shopping center developments.
Gary is a licensed salesperson in the state of Florida and he is also the Vice President of Greenbrier Brokerage Services, a subsidiary of Woerner Holdings, LP. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Further, In 2005, he graduated from New York University with a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate.
