The site is 80 acres of vacant commercial land adjacent to Lowes Home Improvement and Hobby Lobby/Big Lots along SR 59 in Foley, Alabama. It can be subdivided for sale, build to suit, or groundlease. By 2020, Juniper Road will be extended from CR 20 through the site connecting to HWY 59 at a signalized intersection. There are proposed retail outparcels along HWY 59 with a potential future anchored shopping center directly behind.
Woerner Equity Group is working to develop an office project on a portion of 9 acres they own at the NWC of I-49 & Don Tyson Parkway in Springdale, Arkansas. The office project will be approximately 40,000 square feet and half occupied by Schmieding Produce, an affiliate.
This project is a redevelopment of Gateway Plaza to include Ross, Ulta, Five Below, Chipotle, Panera Bread and Tropical Smoothie Café joining TJ Maxx, Hibbett Sports, Anytime Fitness and It's Fashion. The completed development will be 115,000 square feet.
